QMate Property Maintence is an Australian owned business providing property maintence to property owners using fully qualified, experienced and licensed tradesmen. QMate offers its services for a Plumber, Electrician, Handyman and Locksmith 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 366 days a year. Located at Loganholme, QMate has a fleet of vehicles servicing all areas from Tweed Heads to Caboolture and West as far as Ipswich.
Qmate required a solution which enabled them to send jobs and messages to their vehicles whereby staff can then navigate to the next and nearest job in no time. To do this Future Fleet have implemented the NavXtend throughout Q Mate’s fleet of vehicles. We asked Jennifer McCulloch from QMate how the company was finding the Future Fleet system and much more

“QMate Property Maintenance has a fleet of vehicles servicing areas from Tweed Heads to Caboolture and from the bay side through to Ipswich. We can now monitor the progress of our jobs throughout the day and keep our customers informed of our expected time of arrival.”

WHAT BENEFITS/ IF ANY HAS YOUR COMPANY FOUND SINCE USING THE FUTURE FEET SYSTEM?
“When emergencies arise (e.g. burst water pipes, electrical faults) it is imperative that we know where our technicians are located so that the closest technician can attend promptly. We can also forward incoming jobs and messages to our technicians which can save considerable time and mobile phone costs.”
