Meet Myriota’s first certified direct to satellite IoT tracking device

The MX-01 Milestone.

It’s offical, the MX-01 is Myriota’s first certified direct to satellite IoT asset tracking device.

We are very proud to announce that the MX-01 has passed the Myriota certification process and has been given the green light to become commercially connected on the Myriota network.

Congratulations to our product development team, who have worked hard over the past 3 months in collaboration with Myriota, to successfully certify our direct to satellite IoT tracking device.

The MX-01 is officially the first direct to satellite IoT asset tracking device to be certified on this global nanosatellite network for IoT devices. The MX-01 will provide a low-cost and reliable asset tracking solution for the transport, agricultural, mining and other industries within remote working locations.   

We have now embarked on our first real-world customer trial, with several more to follow, proceeding to produce the first commercial quantities of this solution in the next few months.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank our development team Rick Polzi, Craig Burnett and Adam Pizzato who have worked diligently during the worst of COVID-19 conditions to bring this product from a concept stage to a working prototype.
